Extra notes and reading material will be distributed before the class.
The covered topics include the following subjects:
1. Vectors, Coordinates, and Fields
2. Maxwell’s Equations in Integral Form
3. Maxwell’s Equations in Differential Form, and Uniform Plane Waves in Free Space
4. Fields and Waves in Material Media
5. Electromagnetic Potentials and Topics for Circuits and Systems |

(全系統一的標準)
(1) 預修:
普物,微積分
(2) 評分: (合計105%)
期中考40% (範圍:第一章至第三章第五節)
期末考40% (範圍:期中考後至第五章完)
作業20% (including Quiz)，若無Quiz則作業佔20%。
期末參加全國電磁能力測驗: 5% (學生志願參加，未參加不扣分，參加者依考試成績，外加0-5分)
(3)期中末考範圍：期中考預計: 1.1~3.3；期末考:3.4~5.3, 5.6~5.7。(5.4與5.5由電磁學II教授)
(4) 作業: Even numbers for even sections and odd numbers for odd sections
